I. General information

  1. Job title: Sale addmin
  2. Parts: Sales Department
  3. Direct management: Sales Manager
  4. Working time: Monday - Tue Saturday morning (from 8:30 am to 18:00)
  5. Work location:
  6. 69 Hoang Quoc Viet, P. Nghia Do, Q. Cau Giay, TP. Hanoi.
  7. No. 124 Bach Dang, Tan Son Hoa Ward, TP. Ho Chi Minh

II. Job description:

1. Business support:

- Support for tour: Staff use the operations on UI THD;

- Prepare and send quotes, tour programs to customers;

- Update customer data, monitor orders and sales;

- The operations on UI after importing: quotes, the collection items will print the quotation, contract, acceptance record to send customers.

- Instead of sales staff, handling papers related to business contracts.

- Care and support customers during the contract performance.

2. Support tour/events:

- Planning tour coordination with the operating room in Hanoi.

- Service: Air tickets, hotels, restaurants, cars, guides.

- Work with the supplier to confirm the service on schedule.

- Prepare tour records.

- Print program, group list, name tags, gifts.

- Making contracts, services/expenditures.

- Monitor and handle incidents.

- Support the delegation during the tour (by phone or directly).

- Handling arising situations such as delaying flights, changing services, complaints.

III. Interest:

  1. Income: Basic salary + commission
  2. Ensuring full regimes on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc., according to the provisions of the Labor Law

  2. Experience at least 1-2 years of Sale Admin or domestic operating position.
  3. Sales qualities, tourism products and related products and services
  4. Ability to learn quickly, proactively and creatively at work
  5. Using office computer software (Excel, Word)
  6. Dynamic, withstand pressure, ready to go on business when needed
