2. Job description
- Receive event information from the Account Department to coordinate the construction script.
- Working with designs to dissect stage items, cost estimates, and monitor designs according to the approved plan.
- Looking for contractors to execute stage, sound, lighting items ... get quotes, cooperation contracts.
- Supervise the theater contractors, sound, lighting and construction in accordance with the plan, on time and in accordance with the quality.
- Check the accuracy and safety of the items before the main event.
- Participate in operating and coordinating contractors in the event.
- Supervise the contractors to remove, hand over the ground after the event, accept the acceptance and request payment as prescribed.
- Coordinate the event staff to directly deploy small events of the company (the company has equipment warehouse to meet events of less than 500 guests)
- Other tasks as planned by the Board of Directors.
3. Request candidates
- Graduated from faculties, organizing design events, event techniques, events supervision.
- 3 -year experience in supervising construction of major events of 500 guests or more.
- Understand the removal of event stage items;
- Understanding the audio, lighting, LED, event stage;
- Male gender, ages 25 to 45 years old;
- Agile, hard -working, ready to go on business when there is an event.
