I. General information

1. Job title: Decor staff
2. Parts: Event Room
3. Working time: Monday - Tue Saturday morning (from 8:30 am to 18:00)
4. Working location: 3rd floor, 69 Hoang Quoc Viet, Cau Giay, Hanoi

and Tien Phong, Do Ha, Me Linh, Hanoi.

II. Job description:

1. Prepare the preparation of the work items: Prepare backdrop, market, banner according to the design of the browse customers and the necessary tools for the job.
2. Deploying setup according to the script has been up, and checks closely to set the setup process: technical setup, light sound, stage preparation, event space/program.
3. Handling problems arising during the setup process.
4. Check the issue of completing the last items before running the program.
5. Follow the program items according to the script, coordinate the personnel to run the program.
6. After the program ends, proceed to confirm the service of the customer and organize the logistics work.

III. Interest:

1. Income: Basic salary + roses + salary goes to the group
2. Pay social insurance and health insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law
3. Other welfare regimes such as fuel allowances, holidays, New Year, work efficiency, annual magic, tourism, 13th month salary.

1. Experience from 06 months - 1 year or more.

3. Having worked in equivalent locations, MICE event organization
4. Capable of construction and completion of decor items
5. Good situation handling skills.
