Sales Manager

II. Job description:
- Research, analyze the trend of tourism market in the domestic tour and outbound tours.
- Research and analyze the trend of the teambilling market, events, conferences, seminars, year -end party.
- Develop a business development plan, ensure sales and profits of the company.
- Developing individual and business customer system, travel agent.
- Collaborate with domestic and foreign partners to expand tour products & events.
- Proposing sales policies, competitive prices and attractive incentives to attract customers.
- Make prevention work planning and report the business situation periodically monthly, quarterly, next year the Board of Directors, propose strategies suitable to each stage.
- Budget management, optimal cost to ensure the best profit for the company.
- Management and development of the sales team: training on products and services of the company, training Sales skills, Sale closing, tour construction, quotation, contract, after -sales customer care ..., assessing the results of the office staff, proposing additional recruitment plans, replacing personnel to ensure the set goals.
III. Interest:
- Income: Basic salary + work efficiency + commission (agreement when interviewing)

- Ensuring full regimes on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, high levels for the head.
- 12 days ++ (birthday for another day, work over 1 year another day/1 year)

IV. Request candidates:
- Graduated college/university.
- At least 3 years of experience in one of the following positions: Sale Tour staff, Tour Sales Staff, Travel Sales Staff, Travel, Event Sales Officer, Sales Manager in Tourism or Events, Head of Event Organization Department.
- Understanding the domestic tourism market, especially the common routes, understanding teambilling, understanding how to implement the event.
- Work planning skills, good reporting skills.
- Skills to build and develop a good team.
