I. General information

II. Job description:

  1. Find new customers, build relationships with partners, businesses, organizations wishing to organize domestic tours or outbound;
  2. Searching for customers wishing to organize the event, inauguration, groundbreaking, summary party, honor, household, seminar, year -end party at the end of the year.
  3. Find customers who need to decorate and decor holidays, New Year, birthdays, wedding, brand advertising, decoration for events and festivals.
  4. Advice, provide detailed information about tour products suitable for customer needs.
  5. Building and sending quotes, proposing events/tour programs as required by customers.
  6. Ensuring the completion of individual sales targets and sales of the team/room.
  7. Coordinate with departments (marketing, operating) to implement promotions, product promotion events.
  8. Prepare contracts, monitor the process of signing and paying.
  9. Report weekly/monthly business results to the leader.
  10. Analyze and propose service improvement based on customer feedback.

III. Interest:

  1. Income: Basic salary + commission 10-20%
  2. Other bonus policies: Bestseller reward, Excellent/ quarterly/ year -old staff rewards, ..
  3. Ensuring full regimes on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc., according to the provisions of the Labor Law
  4. Hưởng các chế độ thưởng, ngày nghỉ phép 13 ngày/1 năm, ngày nghỉ Lễ (30/04 – 01/05, 02/09, Tết Dương lịch, Tết Âm lịch) theo quy định công ty.
  5. Welfare: Sickness, filial/Hy, birthday reward, welfare regime according to social insurance.

IV. Request candidates:

  1. Graduated from college, university majoring in tourism, Vietnam, economics, finance, business, hotel ...
  2. Having at least 1-2 years of experience in the Travel Sales/Event or equivalent positions.
  3. Understanding the domestic tourist destinations
  4. Having experience working with corporate customers is an advantage.
  5. Sales qualities, tourism products and related products and services
