1. Trường hợp bị hủy bỏ do Lữ Hành Quốc Tế THD:
Nếu Lữ Hành Quốc Tế THD không thực hiện được chuyến du lịch, Lữ Hành Quốc Tế THD phải báo ngay cho khách hàng biết và thanh toán lại cho khách hàng toàn bộ số tiền khách hàng đã đóng trong vòng 3 ngày kể từ lúc việc thông báo hủy chuyến du lịch bằng tiền mặt hoặc chuyển khoản.
2. In case of being canceled by customers:
- Print case of cancellation of the Trip Immediately After Registration Up to 10 Days Before The Departure Date, You Will Be Fined 30% on the Tourm Ticket Price. - In case of cancellation of the trip from 5 to 10 days before the departure date, you will pay 50% on the tourism ticket price. - In case of cancellation of the tour within 3-5 days before the departure date, you will pay 75% on the tourist ticket price. - You cancel the trip within 0 - 3 days before departure, you will pay 100% on the tourist ticket price.
Note:
– Trường hợp hủy tour do sự cố khách quan như thiên tai, dịch bệnh, hoãn và hủy chuyến của các phương tiện vận chuyển công cộng… Lữ Hành Quốc Tế THD sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm bồi thường thêm bất kỳ chi phí nào ngoài việc hoàn trả tiền tour.
– Trên đây là mức phạt hủy tối đa, chi phí này có thể được giảm tùy theo điều kiện của từng nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cho Lữ Hành Quốc Tế THD.
- Time to cancel the tour is calculated for the working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays and New Year.
3. Case of force majeure
If the travel program is canceled or changed by either party for a force majeure reason (fire, weather, accident, natural disasters, war, delay and cancellation of public transport vehicles ...), the two parties will not be subject to any obligation to reimburse the losses and do not bear any legal responsibility. However, each party is responsible for maximum trying to help the damage to minimize the losses caused by force majeure.
