N\u1ebfu L\u1eef H\u00e0nh Qu\u1ed1c T\u1ebf THD kh\u00f4ng th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chuy\u1ebfn du l\u1ecbch, L\u1eef H\u00e0nh Qu\u1ed1c T\u1ebf THD ph\u1ea3i b\u00e1o ngay cho kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng bi\u1ebft v\u00e0 thanh to\u00e1n l\u1ea1i cho kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng to\u00e0n b\u1ed9 s\u1ed1 ti\u1ec1n kh\u00e1ch h\u00e0ng \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u00f3ng trong v\u00f2ng 3 ng\u00e0y k\u1ec3 t\u1eeb l\u00fac vi\u1ec7c th\u00f4ng b\u00e1o h\u1ee7y chuy\u1ebfn du l\u1ecbch b\u1eb1ng ti\u1ec1n m\u1eb7t ho\u1eb7c chuy\u1ec3n kho\u1ea3n.<\/p>\n

2. In case of being canceled by customers:<\/strong><\/p>\n

- Print case of cancellation of the Trip Immediately After Registration Up to 10 Days Before The Departure Date, You Will Be Fined 30% on the Tourm Ticket Price.\n- In case of cancellation of the trip from 5 to 10 days before the departure date, you will pay 50% on the tourism ticket price.\n- In case of cancellation of the tour within 3-5 days before the departure date, you will pay 75% on the tourist ticket price.\n- You cancel the trip within 0 - 3 days before departure, you will pay 100% on the tourist ticket price.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p h\u1ee7y tour do s\u1ef1 c\u1ed1 kh\u00e1ch quan nh\u01b0 thi\u00ean tai, d\u1ecbch b\u1ec7nh, ho\u00e3n v\u00e0 h\u1ee7y chuy\u1ebfn c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ti\u1ec7n v\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n c\u00f4ng c\u1ed9ng\u2026 L\u1eef H\u00e0nh Qu\u1ed1c T\u1ebf THD s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ecbu tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m b\u1ed3i th\u01b0\u1eddng th\u00eam b\u1ea5t k\u1ef3 chi ph\u00ed n\u00e0o ngo\u00e0i vi\u1ec7c ho\u00e0n tr\u1ea3 ti\u1ec1n tour.
\n\u2013 Tr\u00ean \u0111\u00e2y l\u00e0 m\u1ee9c ph\u1ea1t h\u1ee7y t\u1ed1i \u0111a, chi ph\u00ed n\u00e0y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c gi\u1ea3m t\u00f9y theo \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n c\u1ee7a t\u1eebng nh\u00e0 cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 cho L\u1eef H\u00e0nh Qu\u1ed1c T\u1ebf THD.
\n- Time to cancel the tour is calculated for the working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays and New Year.<\/p>\n

3. Case of force majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the travel program is canceled or changed by either party for a force majeure reason (fire, weather, accident, natural disasters, war, delay and cancellation of public transport vehicles ...), the two parties will not be subject to any obligation to reimburse the losses and do not bear any legal responsibility. However, each party is responsible for maximum trying to help the damage to minimize the losses caused by force majeure.<\/p>\n
